Lights enable the field to be used in the hours of darkness and we have an onsite toilet.
We invite dog agility and training clubs to contact us to discuss their booking requirements.
We do not have catering facilities onsite, however, we highly recommend Hirst's Farm Shop and Café just five miles down the road in Ormesby St Margaret. Located on their working farm, their dog and family friendly café serves delicious locally sourced fresh food and you can purchase seasonal local produce from their farm shop.

We have all been there –arriving at your dog friendly holiday home only to be met with a list of laminated rules ‘no dogs on the sofa’, ‘dogs must sleep in the kitchen’, ‘dogs in the garden only on a lead’. You immediately feel worried about breaking any of these rules – not exactly the best start for a relaxing break!
There is a difference between dog friendly (allowing dogs) and truly dog welcoming (where they are actively encouraged) – and that is where East Ruston Cottages excels! No long lists of rules, they cater for multiple dogs at no extra cost and can accommodate reactive dogs, older dogs, escape artists and diggers and try to make your holiday as stress free as possible by supplying crates, dog buggies and stair gates so you don’t have to.
